Brisbane Showgrounds
Development Management overseeing the conceptualization and approvals, design, delivery, sales and leasing of ~800 apartments (The Green & The Yards), 2 commercial office towers (Kingsgate & 25 King Street built from CLT), a new retail high street (King Street) including The Co-op, integration of a Rydges managed hotel, and over $100M of infrastructure delivery. In addition to the above projects additional responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, successful renegotiation of the PDA with the RNA, and initiation of the negotiation of a refund and offset regime with EDQ for trunk infrastructure.
Waterfront, Brisbane
Project and Construction Management services for the design and delivery of Waterfront Residential Development in Newstead, including precinct marine and civil infrastructure as well as building construction and settlement of Pier (~$150M) and Park (~$60M); both prestige residential properties.
Brisbane Transit Centre
Authority Representation to the then owner of the Brisbane Transit Centre to work with Cross River Rail Delivery Authority on the potential redevelopment of the asset, after identifying a strategic opportunity to work with Government on a broader precinct vision. Tasks included the master plan design and scheme conceptualisation, cost planning, programming, market analysis, commercial assessment, client representation and internal reporting; used to inform the clients negotiations with the Delivery Authority.
Old Treasury Building, Perth
Development Management including project and construction management for the delivery of a 33 Story A-Grade Office Tower in Perth CBD, construction value ~$200M. The 5 Star Green Star office tower is part of the wider Cathedral & Treasury Precinct redevelopment involving multiple developer interfaces with the commercial office positioned tightly behind the heritage listed Old Treasury Building, that was repurposed into a 6 Star Como Hotel and hospitality precinct. The multi-developer interfaces required the creation and adherence to complex governance protocols to ensure individual developer objectives were mutually attainable.
